Mojitos are not only a popular alcoholic drink, but a very traditional one as well. The great Federico Villoch is not only a hero to TQ, but a God indeed. Mojitos have made 2 appearances as our drink tip of the week for TQcast ep3 & ep17 and if there was a (DOTY) drink of the year award, there is no doubt the mojito would receive it. Nevertheless it is always good to be versatile. So mix it up every now and then, but remember that you are only as good as your last drink, and if it taste like shit, itâs probably not a mojito.Big thanks to Biff for his shared recipe on TQcast ep3.Enjoy the recipes. And read up on your mojito history right herrrTraditional Mojito1 lime, cut into 16 pieces, plus more for garnish16 fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish2 tablespoons superfine sugar1/2 cup white rumclub soda waterDivide the lime pieces, mint leaves, and sugar evenly among 2 (12-ounce) glasses.
