Seems Microsoft’s  team jumped the gun and accidentally released a video giving some of the press conference away. Check out the video, but here’s my train of thought:

Fable II is in October

Gears of War 2 has 5 Player co-op mode called Horde Mode,  and a nasty looking spider.

8 Player Battle of the bands mode in Guitar Hero World Tour, as well as full rock band style instruments.

Lips is real, and has a motion sensative wireless microphone and is expected this year.

Uno Rush is a party game, and it mentions NEW IN GAME AVATAR SYSTEM. What is that??

Portal: Still Alive XBLA GAME?!?!? Woe…
