This week two legendary weapons collide in one game to become an easy pick of the week and we have a baseball game for kids and a comedy series coming from the PC to the console.

Soul Calibur (Xbox 360, PS3) Pick of the Week

Soul Calibur is amongst the most well liked fighting games around. The first title on Dreamcast was a personal favorite and this new iteration brings in guest appearances by Darth Vader, Yoda and the Secret Apprentice from Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. While fighting games are certainly not my cup of tea these days, this one has piqued my interest with its amazing graphics and infusion of Star Wars into the game.

MLB Power Pros 2008 (Wii, PS2)

If you have a small child who is into baseball, this is the game for them. If you are over the age of ten, you should probably skip this one.

Sam and Max: Season One (Wii)

I never understood the appeal of a comedy game. If I wanted to sit back and barely play something funny, then I would probably take the next logical step and actually just watch a funny television program. The fact that title is only coming to the Wii also tips me off to it possibly being of suspect quality.
