The NFL pre-season as begun here in the USA and the latest edition of Madden NFL has hit store shelves across the nation. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Madden NFL.
Madden NFL 09 was released this week on a multitude of platforms including the PlayStation 2 and the original Xbox. After last year’s release of a sub-par version of Madden NFL 08, Sony PlayStation fans can rejoice in that this year’s Madden release has been reported to be vastly improved over Madden 08.
In addition Sony has released a special edition Madden NFL 09 PSP Entertainment Pack. The new PSP features a limited edition, metallic blue PSP slim with a copy of Madden NFL 09, a download voucher for the PlayStation Network game “Beats,” a 1GB memory stick Duo and a UMD Video entitled “NFL: In Just One Play”.
