Summer of Arcade: Castle Crashers

by Erik Johnsen

The Summer of Arcade comes to a close with what is probably the most anticipated release of the season.

Castle Crashers hits the Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday, August 27. Featuring hand drawn characters from the award-winning development studio The Behemoth. Co-op with up to three friends to save your princess, protect your castle, and crash some castles, of course!

Some of the features included are:

Arena Mode: Battling head-on with your friend. You choose from four mode options.

Weapons: Over 40 weapons to help you on your way!

Treasure Hunt: Finds lots of weapons, items, and even pet companions on your journey through the various missions of the game.

Castle Crashers is available for 1200 Microsoft Points and is expected to be a major hit on the XBLA for this summer. This will also bring to an end the Summer of Arcade Sweepstakes.
