LittleBigPlanet Delayed to October 27th

And, since 9/11 changed everything, Sony’s highly anticipated game has been recalled from retailers who already have it in possesion; word from Sony is that the new ship to date is October 27th. Excerpt from the Official Playstation Blog follows:
During the review process prior to the release of LittleBigPlanet, it has been brought to our attention that one of the background music tracks licensed from a record label for use in the game contains two expressions that can be found in the Qur’an. We have taken immediate action to rectify this and we sincerely apologize for any offense that this may have caused.
We will begin shipping LittleBigPlanet to retail in North America the week of October 27th. Sorry for the delay, and rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get LittleBigPlanet to you as soon as possible
It seems like this is something that could be fixed with a patch, but who am I to judge? Thanks a lot Sony.

I don't have a problem waiting just an extra week for the game. I'm glad Sony is proactively taking action and recalling the game. They have enough issues as it is. They would not want an entire religion angry at them.
I want LBP bad, guess I will be waiting a little bit extra, but good thingd come to those who wait

I can't wait for this game. I wasn't too excited until after I played the beta for a while. The week won't kill me though. I have the G1 and Resistance 2 beta to keep me busy until then.
