I'm sorry for your brother, but Circuit City had this coming. They have horrible management and their fickle return policies ended up pissing off lots of customers. I've had several friends work there and quit because the company focuses on money and not customer service. Their prices were way to high for a smaller chain. I feel sorry for all the people they've fired up until this point, but I'm sure these people will be able to bounce back. Wow. I'm sorry for your brother, but Circuit City had this coming.
