The Pitt DLC Code Giveaway

This weekend, Platform Nation will be giving away 15 codes which will unlock The Pitt for Fallout 3 (only eligible to US residents, and they are also only for the Xbox 360). To enter is easy, we will be having 2 contests, both going till Sunday night at midnight. Now for the first contest, all you have to do is check out the review that we just wrote for The Pitt and leave a comment on what you thought. That sounds pretty simple doesn’t it?

And for our next contest, again, this is going on all weekend, all you need to do is post this on twitter,

RT @Platform_Nation is giving away Fallout 3, The Pitt DLC codes (X360), you must be a P*N follower to win, RT to enter.

Now what will happen is Monday I will take all the entries from both comments on the review post, and then the twitter contest, put all their names in a hat, and pull out 15 lucky winners. So if you do both you double your chance to win.

Special thanks to @Trixie360 for hooking up Platform Nation with these codes! And remember guys, if you are on twitter, are you following all the P*N hosts and writers that are also on twitter?

Good luck everyone!

this looks pretty good. Pretty fair review from the ones I have read and awesome idea with the contest. keep up the good work!

  • Tim

Review is alright; considering you just told every single thing about the DLC. It’s short and truly is 2 hours of game play worth 10 bucks?

I think the review was drawn out and could’ve been shorter instead of looking like a commercial.

  • Finally some criticism!

Well Tim, I feel that in my review I pointed out that it was worth it because of all of the new items you are getting. They add to the overall experience of the game. It is fun to go back through the main quest and tackle enemies like Deathclaws with the Auto-axe.

Obviously if you are looking for an engrossing story this DLC isn’t for you, but if you want new toys and armor to play around with, the admission price isn’t really asking too much.

The karma choices you can make definitely make me want to go back through The Pitt with a different character and try out different choices, essentially doubling or tripling the value of the package.

What suggestions would you give so it doesn’t read like a commercial, as that isn’t quite what I was going for.

I would love to hear back from you!

  • Blakem0n92

This DLC looks great, a lot better than O:A which is only useful after the simulation. I heard you get a lot more armor and weapons and can even revisit the Pitt.

  • I say any new Fallout is a good thing.

  • Boss Kamikaze

Woo Hoo I was gunna buy this but I will to see if I win 🙂

  • Nathan

This looks awesome! Great review even if a bit lengthy. Can’t wait to buy this.

  • Mikestoke

Hope I win this, would love to play The Pitt.

I remember leaving a comment the other day…. what happened to it????

I’m looking forward to playing this DLC, and hope many more are to come!!

  • t4nd4r

Nevermind, it was left in the review of The Pitt, which is where the contest was! Hope I win 🙂
