Pirates Director Changes Direction for Bioshock

Gore Verbinski, director of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” trilogy recently notified Disney and the film’s producer Jerry Bruckheimer that he will take a pass on the sequel, which is already is development. After grossing $2.6 billion worldwide Verbinski will move on to direct Bioshock, a movie based on an award winning video game.
