ZuneHD Releasing This Year?

The device is speculated to have a touch screen and an app ecosystem, much like the iPhone. This could be Microsoft’s first foray into the mobile gaming market. It worked for Apple, it could work for Microsoft. As a direct competitor to the iPod Touch, Microsoft could come in at a lower price point and steal some market share.
Anything is possible at this time. Do you think Microsoft has a chance against Apple? If they leverage some of their exclusive game licenses (Halo) then I think it looks very promising.
