Fallout 3: Broken Steel Broke?

Reports are coming in that yet again Bethesda’s newest DLC is not without problems.  Bethesda’s Software forums are being flooded with reports of problems downloading the newest DLC Broken Steel for the PC.  The error reads:

“Not a cryptographic message or the cryptographic message is not formatted correctly. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8009200D).”

No problems have been cited as of yet for the Xbox 360.

    Figures that was going to happen. I must be the only one who could care less about Fallout 3 now, even though it was almost my game of the year.

    Bethesda is honestly a joke. it is 100% unacceptable for this to happen again, let alone at all. This shows that they barly even tested the dlc

    Achievements are broken for quite a few people on the Xbox 360 side of things, but other then that it plays just fine.
