Capcom Soundtracks Coming to North America

Love video game music? Love Capcom games? If so, you’d better sit down for this one.

It was announced today that Capcom has inked a deal with video game music label Sumthing Else Music Works. Sumthing Else will help Capcom release soundtracks for several of it’s most popular and anticipated titles in North America.

So far, only the following soundtracks have been announced:

  • Bionic Commando®
  • Resident Evil® 5
  • Street Fighter® IV
  • Dead Rising™: Chop Till You Drop
  • Dark Void™
  • Monster Hunter Freedom Unite™
  • Spyborgs™

No other soundtracks have been mentioned yet, and no release dates have been announced for the soundtracks above. When released, the soundtracks will be available on either physical CD or as downloads from the iTunes Music Store.
