We know it is still early in the year but right now many of the Platform Nation staff has been talking about The Hangover and how it could just be the comedy of the year.

For those of you that haven’t seen it yet, The Hangover is about a group of friends that go to Las Vegas for a bachelor party (Yes, we know, this sounds familiar). Now what happens next is where things get good, the groomsman (Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms and Bradley Cooper) wake up the next day with a terrible hangover, the groom (played by Justin Bartha) is missing, and no one remembers a thing from the night before, and this is where the hilarity ensues.

I don’t want to spoil all the events that follow after the group wakes up for those that have yet to see it, but watching them and what they go through to find Justin Bartha was almost too much for me to watch, I was hurting from laughing so hard throughout the movie.

Anyways, if you have yet to see The Hangover, you are only cheating yourself from one awesome movie going experience. And if you have seen it, tell us your thoughts, let us know what you thought of the movie. You can do that either here on this post, or you can actually head of over to our forums and join the discussion that I just started up, Click Here, to head over there.

I actually saw this back-to-back with The Proposal, and strangely I liked the latter of the two better. But then again, I’m the snarky, sarcastic type… so maybe that makes me naturally favor Ryan Reynolds’ brand of humour over Zack Galafanakis’

The movie was pretty funny, but I have higher hopes for movies like Bruno.
