2009 XBLA Arcade of Summer Release Dates

Straight from the mouth of Microsoft’s Major Nelson comes to us 2009′s XBLA Summer of Arcade release dates.

  • July 15:Monkey Island Special Edition ($15)
  • July 22: TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-shelled 1200($15)
  • July 29: Marvel vs. Capcom 2 1200 ($15)
  • August 5: ‘Splosion Man 800 ($10)
  • August 12: Trials HD 1200 ($15)
  • August 19: Shadow Complex 1200 ($15)

For anyone interested my top 6 to buy in order would be.

1. Marvel vs. Capcom 2

2. Shadow Complex

3. TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-shelled

4. Monkey Island Special Edition

And 5 &6 falling in the Meh catagory.

      The price is just too much. 15 dollars now seems the standard, and this at a time when jobs and money are scarce.

    Well that’s more than I expected to pay for TMNT but less for Shadow Complex so I guess it evens out. Monkey Island and MvC2 are absolute definite buys and worth the cost for me anyway.

    I think heard somewhere that TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-shelled and ‘Splosion Man are trading release dates.

    Looking forward to TMNT, especially with the updated graphics. Also very much interested in Shadow Complex
