GRIN Shuts Its Doors

Looks like another game developer has been taken from us.  GRIN the Swedish developer that had brought us such titles as GRAW 1 and 2 and just recently Terminator Salvation, has shut it’s doors due to too many publishers delaying their payments, causing an unbearable cash flow situation as per a statement released by GRIN.  Here’s a list of game you might recognize from GRIN:

Ballistics (2001 – PC)
Ballistics Arcade (2002 – Arcade)
Bandits: Phoenix Rising (2003 – PC)
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (2006 – PC)
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (2007 – PC)
Bionic Commando Rearmed (2008 – PC, Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network)
Wanted: Weapons of Fate (2009 – PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3)
Bionic Commando (2009 – PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3)
Terminator Salvation (2009 – PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows)

So long GRIN and good luck to all those displaced by this recent turn of events.

  • Jake

They made Terminator Salvation. What did you expect?

  • Jake

Although Saying that GRAW 2 was my favourite game of all time D=

  • They only ported GRAW 2 to PC, they didnt make the actual versions.

They managed to get a game out every year but none of them seemed to be good. Some people like BC Rearmed (im not a fan) but Wanted, Terminator and Bionic Commando were panned in reviews and sold poorly. Not surprised to see them go,and honestly, not sad either.
