Disney Buys Marvel

Yes, you read the title correctly, Walt Disney Co. has indeed bought Marvel Entertainment Inc. for $4 Billion.  In the deal, Disney gained ownership of 5,000 Marvel characters.  This means the likes of Iron Man, Spider Man, X-Men, and many more awesome heroes now belong to Disney.  I’ll give you a minute to just take it all in…

Well the good news is that Disney is a successful company and they will hopefully bring only good things to the Marvel Universe.  It would be cool to see a Kingdom Hearts game with Disney, Square-Enix, and Marvel.  Although it is a little weird thinking about Mickey fighting alongside Iron Man…  Correction – it’s really weird thinking about Mickey fighting alongside Iron Man.
