Need For Speed Shift PC Demo

So you have heard all the hype about Need For Speed Shift and you want to try it out for yourself, but you have a problem, you prefer to game on your PC. Well Need For Speed Shift has your answer as they have released a demo for the PC and the download will include two tracks The London River and the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. So they are offering pretty decent tracks to try out but what type of cars do they have for you to take for a test spin you may ask? Well there will be four cars you can choose from and one that can be unlocked if you earn 10 stars. The vehicle list consists of Dodge Viper, Lotus Elite, BMW M3, Nissan GT-R and the unlockable vehicle is the Pagani Zonda F.
Not a bad demo for the PC, but if you want to try the demo on your favorite console you will have to wait until October as that is when the demo is scheduled to be released for the PS3 and the Xbox 360.

I got caught in the hype for this game. I believed EA was finally turning this series around after the last couple games that were terrible.
EA promised a “realistic” experience but i dont think drifting around corners and flipping opponents by rear ending them is realistic. Dont even get me started on the bare bones damage system.
If you are looking for a fun racing game buy one of the excellent games from Codemasters, GRID or Dirt 2.
Undercover was just horrible, ProStreet I thought wasn’t too bad, but this game looks to rebound the franchise.
I haven’t been a great fan of the NFS Series but have read some really good reviews I thought I’d purchase it n I have to say I am quite enjoying it. I’m glad that it is more real and very visceral I agree the damage system is quite poor but this game is definately a step in the right direction. It just puzzles me that they wait till after the game is released before bring a demo out, I’ve never got that !!
