Unless Microsoft asked Netflix to pay an 'early termination fee'. If not, then what is stopping other companies from simply throwing out agreements and doing whatever they want whenever they want? Sounds like Sony through a ton of money at Netflix, in my opinion. I'm trying hard not to sound like a 360 fanboy, but this isn't about whether I like one console over another; it's about how Netflix 'got around' the exclusivity agreement that they signed with Microsoft.
