On November 10, participating GameStop locations will be distributing a limited quantity of PS3 beta keys to customers that pre-order a copy of the game. The multiplayer beta will showcase the Rush game mode where up to 24 players can duke it out on a map called Arica Harbour. Featuring on-foot and behind-the-wheel combat, it’s the Americans assaulting a Russian base through desert towns, an industrial area and the harbor itself.

A PC multiplayer beta is slotted for some time in December. Early next year, a multiplayer demo will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 blasts its way into retail on March 2, 2010 in North America and March 5, 2010 in Europe for the Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC.

Bad Company 2 will 1000$ obliterate Modern Warfare 2, especially on the PC. Infinity Ward seriously screwed the pooch with the PC version. It’s REALLY gonna look bad.

Chris, I sent you a link to an Ars Technica article detailing the PC versions’ shortcomings.

Every article i’ve seen on BFBC2 or DICE has been something about the ‘no dedicated servers for MW2′.

MW2 will sell on consoles but very, VERY poorly on PC.
