Ubisoft announced earlier this month that there will be two DLC packs coming for Assassin’s Creed 2. The names of the DLC where also announced: Battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities. But that’s it, no further information on anything else including what the packs entailed, what they would cost, or when they where coming. Until now Ubisoft has finally taken us out of the dark and has announced more details.
The first add-on: The Battle of Forli, will be released in late January and is priced at $4.00 or 320 MS Points. Featuring six new memories the content puts you in Forli, and you’re tasked with defending the town from the Orsi family and prevent the Piece of Eden from falling into the hands of the Templars. Ezio’s flying machine also makes a swooping return, giving you a another chance at the “Fly Swatter” achievement.
The second add-on titled: Bonfire of the Vanities, will be released in late February, and will cost $5.00, or 400 MS Points, and takes players to Florence giving you the task of freeing the grip of the mad monk Savonarola with the help of Machiavelli. It will also add a new district to Florence, as well as granting Ezio a new ability; the Spring-Jump.
