New This Week. 14th February 2010

Welcome to PlatformNation.com’s new weekly feature which tell you the games that you need to care about coming out in the next week.

This week, there are three major releases:

Alien vs Predator 3, Tropico 3 and Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce

Alien Vs. Predator (PC, Xbox 360, PS3): This is the third game in the Alien Vs. Predator franchise and this time it is coming at you from Rebellion and Sega. This time you can take control of the marines, the predators and the aliens. Play all sides off against each other in a series of unique 3-way online modes and go tooth-to-claw-to-pulse rifle in the reinvention of one of multiplayer gaming’s defining moments.

My View: Fan’s of the AVP series are very excited about this game, being able to control all three of the classes will definitely bring some unique fights to the online modes.

Tropico 3 (Xbox 360, PC): This game has been out on PC since August, but it is now coming to the Xbox 360.
Tropico 3
takes place at the height of the Cold War. The player acts as “El Presidente,” a leader who has seized power by less than moral means. Choose whether or not you want to be an immoral tyrant, using military might and a corrupt hand to maintain power or be a father to your people and lead them into prosperity.

Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce: (Xbox 360, PS3, PSP): Dynasty Warriors:  Strikeforce is the first Dynasty Warriors  game in which the game’s structure is a dramatic departure from the main Dynasty Warriors series, as it features stronger RPG elements and a mission-based structure reminiscent of Capcom’s Monster Hunter series.  The game also features four-player simultaneous co-op.
