Red Dead Redemption Delayed

Just posted to his Twitter account, G4TV.com’s news editor Patrick Klepek (@patrickklepek) states that Take-Two Interactive is delaying Rockstar Games’ Western open-world title, Red Dead Redemption until May 18 (NA) and May 21 (EU). It was previously slated for April 27.

Take-Two Interactive just announced the Rockstar Games-developed western action game is now due to arrive on May 18.

The news came alongside Take-Two’s first quarter fiscal 2010 results.

Red Dead Redemption has previously been assigned an April 27 release date.

As I have yet to pre-order my copy, I’m not worried about this delay. Only problem is that it’s now competing with ALAN WAKE for Xbox 360 play-time.
