This week we, again, have lots to talk about. The industry is gearing up for E3 and we are right there with it. We may very well be the only entity in gaming that’s not suing each other!
In this show we talk about:
- The Halo Reach beta goes live — and then doesn’t — after millions of ODST customers find Bungie’s servers weren’t quite ready for primetime.
- Maybe Bungie’s servers were slow because they were too busy hyping their new, 10-year partnership with Activision. Seriously, not exactly something I’d be proud of.
- Why not proud, you ask? Let’s just ask the Infinity Ward Employees Group, which sued Activision this week for withholding their full promised bonuses and charged that the publisher is using the promised cash to hold them hostage in their jobs.
- Random stuff, tons of email, voice mails from our listeners, and a new segment — shoutouts!
