Blood Gulch Is Back!

July 7th of every year is observed by the Halo faithful as Bungie Day. Each year Bungie treats its fans to something special on 7/7 and today was no different. In the Rooster Teeth video below, you will see Sarge and the gang return to their home in the multiplayer map of Blood Gulch.

Not only do they return, they sport a new armor ability, the hologram. Using this armor ability looks a lot like when Quaid used it in Total Recall. Send out your holographic self to confuse the enemy. Another bit of information revealed is the ability to leave the canyon of Blood Gulch. This means that the area is part of a much bigger map. A map that we will be using rocket Warthogs to kill each other countless times come September 14th. Happy Bungie Day!
