Tuesday’s Gold Box Dedicated To Xbox 360

Every day, Amazon runs their Gold Box deals. One deal will last all day (until they sell out), and multiple deals will run every few hours for a limited time (and until stock runs out, whatever comes first). Previous Gold Box days have focused on everything from High Definition movies and players to exercise equipment, but most have no real focus. Tuesday, July 20th, will be dedicated to the Xbox 360, apparently.

Microsoft’s Major Nelson tweeted this just minutes ago. Undoubtedly, the sale would likely cover both games and accessories, and it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that Amazon could try to unload some of the older models. If anything can be expected from previous runs, expect Amazon to try to get rid of some music games; those things take up precious storage space.

Just when I get some Amazon gift cards, to boot.

Amazon’s game-focused Twitter account has also announced that they’ll preview the hourly sales two hours beforehand.
