Five years have passed since the events took place in Antaloor and once again you are faced with a battle to save Antaloor. But does this mean that Two World II will still have some of the flaws we might have recognized from the first installment of this game? I would have to say no if you a fan of the first edition you will love the newest edition of the game and will enjoy some of the small things you might have found flawed in the previous installment . So what about players that may be new to Two World and will they enjoy it. From what I got to see from playing the game old and new players will be pleasantly surprised with some of the newer features and redesign of the AI. The game handled well even though some say it has a Oblivion type feel to it but all good RPG’s should feel that way, comfortable and easy to learn and enjoy. As you are taken into the story you will not only be captivated by the story, but you will love the surroundings as they look fabulous as a game should not only be fun and great to play but look good while doing it.
Combat did prove to be great from the integrated system of attack to the defensive moves available at your disposal as each attack will bring different hit results and reaction by your foe. The combat was one of the most improved upon things that I noticed and let’s face it have good combat we have the makings of a good game. With combat comes weapons and in Two Worlds II all the stops where pulled out as you will be able to customize and craft your personalized weapon and armor specific to your level.
The improvements and redesigned parts of this game are a welcome addition to Two Worlds II, but I can’t sell you on the game as you will have to see for yourself. Two Worlds II was a pleasant surprise and I for one can not wait for this to hit the shelves October 10, 2010 for the Xbox 360 the PlayStation 3 and the PC.
See you in Antaloor!
