And it begins.
In America we celebrate a holiday in November. Everyone stops what they are doing, takes off of work, and comes together for an event that only happens once a year. I’m, of course, talking about Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year.
This year promises to be no different. We’re already seeing retailers post Black Friday-type deals on their websites, hoping to cash in early. While there will be sales happening from now until that infamous day, the day itself will still be the door busting, early bird paradise that we all know and love.
That being said, the Black Friday ad for Sears has been scanned and put online early. It is full of deals. You can look at the ad yourself here. There are a few video game related deals that are worth a look if you’re going to be out at 4 am on the day after Thanksgiving.
The standout titles on this page include the brand new Need for Speed Hot Pursuit title, Fable 3, and Halo Reach all for $40. The new NBA Jam and Goldeneye games for the Wii will also be $40.
Sears is selling a PSP 3000 bundle with Little Big Planet and UMD copy of The Karate Kid for $129.00. Their 4GB Xbox 360 S comes with a copy of Halo Reach for $199.99. The PS3 bundle is probably indicative of what we will be seeing at most of the retailers this year, a 160GB PS3 slim with Uncharted 2 and The Karate Kid on blu-ray bundled in.
The ad also has some decent deals on TV’s and other electronics. What are you in the market for this Black Friday?
