Ghostbusters: The Video Game Patch

Ghostbuster: The Video Game was released June 16th, 2009 and there was a couple of problems with some of the achievements being unobtainable and some problems with the multiplayer. The Xbox 360 is just now getting a patch to fix this problem, but is it a little too late. Not only is this patch being released but it has been confirmed that there will be a new Ghostbusters game title Sanctum of Slime. So, to anyone still playing Ghostbusters: The Video Game for the Xbox 360 it just got a patch and you can look forward to it if you are still playing it, but PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC users that are fans of the franchise have a new game to look forward to.

Nice to hear as I have yet to play my copy! I was actually thinking of busting it out in the near future! Now I have even more incentive to do so.

    • I’m in that same boat Brian. I’ve been seriously debating on picking it back up since it’s on the cheap now. That was a fun game, and the multiplayer was decent for several play throughs as long as there were people down to play.

    • LOL – I’ve picked that game up off the shelf a couple times in the past month and just have not played it yet. Picked it up cheap – long ago – and only played it an hour or so before getting sucking into something else and never got back to it. Do I feel a Platform Nation Ghost Busters Gaming Night coming on? Who you gonna call?

      Thanks for the heads-up Joey!
