Raptr Hits 6 Million Users, Raises $15 million In Funding

Raptr, the social platform for gamers that tracks your gaming stats and connects you to your friends, has today announced that it hit the 6 million users mark and has secured an additional $15 million in funding. To date, Raptr has raised a total of $27 million and promises to bring new features that will build on and improve Raptr for it’s ever growing community.

“We’re excited to be backed by DAG Ventures, Tenaya Capital, and Accel Partners as we continue to grow Raptr into the preeminent gaming community worldwide,” said Dennis Fong, CEO of Raptr.

Along with all this, Raptr has released a pretty hefty infographic, see image here, which shows stuff like the top 5 franchises, in which, Call of Duty takes the top spot, and the total number of achievements it has tracked since launch across all platforms — 152,119,358.
