Quite Possibly The Coolest Xbox 360 Ever

At least for me.

There is no way you can not like this console if you are truly a geek at heart. I particularly like the small details they put into this console, like the special sounds they added when you power it on or eject the disc tray. If you want to see more, fire up your current old and boring Xbox 360, and check out the video that Major Nelson has on the dashboard for this.

For more pictures, check out Major Nelson’s site below, he linked to quite a bit of them. I do have some bad news though, this is currently only a bundle, and it will probably remain that way. So if you want this, you will have to put down $450 and you will get the console, the controller, a white Xbox Kinect and two games. Here’s the rest of the information below:

  • Kinect Star Wars game
  • Custom R2-D2-themed Xbox 360 Console with custom sounds (Hear them (MP3)  – >  Power on and Tray eject)
  • White Kinect Sensor
  • Custom C-3PO-themed Xbox 360 Wireless Controller
  • 320 GB Hard Drive
  • Xbox 360 Wired Headset
  • Kinect Adventures game
  • Exclusive downloadable content

I like it and don’t like it. I like it because it’s STAR WARS,  but I don’t like it because of the huge whitespace on the right hand side top left. They need to add a tiny bit more details, like maybe some VERY faint circuitry…

i think its already pretty busy. I like the custom sounds and idea but not a fan of the way they took the design

      • Agreed, it’s a good concept but the execution is not great.

    • it does kind of look like a printed wrap the way it is now
