Zelda fans rejoice! Nintendo has revealed the shiny new box art for Link’s newest adventure, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, along with a small but cool deluxe edition of the game. These formats were announced at E3 last June, but now we get to see what the gold colored Wii-mote will actually look like, along with the game’s box art.
The fancy Wii-mote will not be available anywhere outside of the bundle, which will run you $69.99, as opposed to the normal $49.99 edition. But all fans (standard and deluxe editions) will be rewarded with a 25th anniversary soundtrack, featuring “select orchestral arrangements of iconic music spanning the history of the franchise which will be performed at The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert performances in October 2011.” It would have been cool to have some more Zelda-related swag in some ultra-limited-deluxe edition (God knows it would sell, even at an upper-end price of $100), but who am I kidding? I’m gonna play the hell out of that game regardless.
