With the release of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 in just a few short days, you may be wondering if you should purchase the Call of Duty Elite subscription. Well, if the promise of monthly DLC, daily competitions and clan benefits isn’t quite enough for you to get on-line and pre-order your subscription now then maybe you’ll be interested in becoming a Call of Duty Elite Founder. For the pre-order price of $49.99 you’ll not only get the Elite subscription, but you’ll also get access to exclusive content like the Founder Weapon Camo and Clan XP Boost. Still not enough? Then news today that Call of Duty Elite TV, a premium on-line feature for subscribers, will feature a show by famed directors Ridley and Tony Scott might just tip you over the edge.
Friday Night Fights is an original entertainment program – and the first in a series of entertainment programs — for Call of Duty ELITE’s ELITE TV (an original TV series created exclusively for the Call of Duty community and released exclusively to the community). Executive produced by Ridley Scott and Tony Scott’s RSA productions, Friday Night Fights features real world rivals from all walks of life – including celebrities in head-to-head competitions playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The first episode debuts on Friday Nov. 11 only on Call of Duty ELITE for premium subscribers.
Starring celebrities such as Good Charlotte, Dwight Howard, Michelle Rodriguez and Jack Osbourne and featuring real world rivals like Army vs. Navy and Police vs. Fireman, the show will be hosted by WWE favourite Stacy Kiebler. The program will premiere on Elite TV each Friday with the winning celebrity team donating their $5k prize to the Call of Duty Endowment.
