Yet another delay has been announced this week, and this time the unfortunate game is Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier was originally coming out in early March this year. No real reason has been given, but the game has now been delayed for an extra two months, making the new release date for the game May 22 in North America and May 24 in Europe. The reason provided for the delay in the launch was the usual one, just adding a little bit more polish to the game.
Not only is the game delayed, but the January BETA is also delayed until at least April. And if that’s not enough news, the online game Ghost Recon Online that was planned to be coming to PC is now a full blown PC version of the game, although this isn’t expected any time near the console launch.
I really don’t mind any game being delayed; I would prefer to wait an extra two months than for the game to come out and be worse than it could be. I guess we will see when the game launches in May.
